Useful information about operation, enrolment and transport.
Opening times
The nursery operates daily all year round, except Saturdays and Sundays, from 07:00 in the morning until 16:30 in the afternoon.
It is closed: on official state holidays; on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, on Holy Thursday and the Tuesday after Easter and for one month in the summer.
Enrolment - Documents
For enrolment the following are required: a birth certificate, the child's Health Booklet (vaccinations), a medical certificate from the paediatrician who monitors the child.
Financial obligations
The enrolment fee is paid together with the Enrolment Application, while the agreed instalment is paid within the first five days of each month. The total agreed amount must be settled within the first five days of June.
If a child is going to stop attending, the nursery must be notified one month in advance. Otherwise, parents are obliged to pay for the following month. If attendance stops after 1 April, payment of the full amount agreed for the whole year is obligatory.
Transport
Parents whose children use the school bus should be at their front door 5 minutes before the set time, so that no delays are caused to the routes.
In the event of a delay to the school bus (due to rain or traffic), understanding is needed, because above all the SAFE TRANSPORT OF OUR CHILDREN comes first.
For safety reasons, a person unknown to us is not permitted to collect the child unless there is prior notification from the guardian.
